The Fort restaurant is looking to hire a part time baker/prep cook. You'll be baking most all The Forts cakes, breads, pumpkin walnut muffins, crème Brule, chocolate ganache dessert, and more from our recipes. Additionally, you'll be preping for the kitchen vegetables, guacamole and more as needed by the chefs. We can accommodate flexible schedules and this is a daytime job with weekends off. 
Join our talented Fort Chefs and cooks, approximately 15-20 kitchen staff, who put love in the food for 200-300 guests each night. These award-winning recipes are published in the Fort cookbook. We also would love to tap into your creativity as well, and offer culinary contests for our cooks in the fall and spring to create new, innovative recipes that may be put on the menu.   

 
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
